Unleashing Habit-1,2 & 3

My first life class. It was amazing and refreshing 2 days where we tried to introspect our emotional and mental being. With some heartwarming questions and some harsh truths we surpassed the 2 days as a group with ease. It just did not focus on our professional development but also our individual growth that was need of the hour. We had sharing that helped us reveal our own truths and sometimes it even helped us in unraveling the actual meaning of the question.

Our mentors opened their hearts out so that it was easy for us to pour our minds and hearts with information and valid examples for the benefit of the group as whole. All in all it was a beautiful break from the mundane tasks with positive energy and hopeful future with a better version of ourselves. I am indeed grateful for the beautiful start of this journey with new perspectives and new horizons.

7 Habits & Love (Day 1 & Day 2)

I had an incredible time during the 7 Habit+Love Class. It was a journey of self-discovery, and I learned valuable lessons that have positively impacted my life. One crucial aspect was being proactive, which taught me that I have the power to control my responses to challenges, boosting my confidence. Time management was a game-changer, helping me set clear goals and utilize my time more efficiently.
Additionally, the sessions covered the significance of the 7 habits of highly effective people, such as integrity and character, which play vital roles in achieving genuine success. We explored paradigm shifts, emotional bank accounts, and embracing differences, fostering a synergistic atmosphere.

Reflecting on 7 Habits Day 1 & 2 (Delta)

I was a part of the Delta, led by Utsav Sir & Wilmont Sir.

It was a very fun-learning space that I got to share with my colleagues. Although I knew all the content’s crux, I got to look at it again and reflect on my current situation. My paradigm that ‘because I know the content, I will get bored’ got shifted.

I really liked the idea of starting the sessions with some activity always. That increased the fun and connectivity element in our sessions. The sharing done by everyone could help me connect to the session topics in further detail. Somehow, connecting with the speakers as well. During the session, there were a lot of times when I felt like sharing my situation, but couldn’t get myself to talk about it. Maybe, I will get the courage to do so next time.

Even though I knew the concept of Proactive behavior, the reflection on my trigger points helped me get to the core of my current situation. Because of this I also had a self-realization moment. And now I plan to work on it. I could constantly connect one of the sessions about classroom management (done in training), with the ‘between stimulus & response’ activity. Furthermore, the website used to make the mission statement was very useful. I feel I would want to give a little more time to that in my me-time. Lastly, I am very interested in the EBA concept, and a revision of the same, was something I am grateful for.

Overall, in these 2 days, I got to revisit all the concepts again, where I could reflect based on my current understanding and situation. Which made the sessions more relevant to me. I got to have lots of learning. And with these new & deeper connections with my colleagues-now-friends, I had a sort of rejuvenating weekend. Seriously, can’t wait to attend the upcoming sessions.

Signing off,
Avina Agarwal.

Reflecting on 7 Habits day 1 & 2 (Delta)

I had the opportunity to participate in a Life class that was centered around the transformative principles of the 7 Habits. Through this course, I delved into essential concepts that have the potential to improve various aspects of my life.

Throughout the life classes, each habit unfolded its significance in my life. I realized that being proactive empowered me to take charge of my reactions to situations rather than being driven by them. Beginning with the end in mind gave me a renewed sense of purpose, enabling me to align my actions with my long-term goals. Putting first things first was a struggle initially, but with practice, I became better at prioritizing tasks and managing my time efficiently.

It has been a transformative experience that has equipped me with invaluable tools to lead a purpose-driven and fulfilling life. As I move forward, I am excited about the possibilities that lie ahead and the positive impact I can make on myself and others.

Life Class on 7 habits and love

The constant pursuit of a perfect life I yearned for was a never-ending competition filled with uncertainties and doubts. However, everything changed when I attended a life class focused on the 7 habits and love, which transformed my perspective completely. I learned the distinction between responding and reacting, enabling me to express myself more calmly and with fewer conflicts. The session charged up my already proactive nature. The concepts of the Circle of Concern and Circle of Influence helped me focus on what truly matters. “Begin with the end in mind” provided insight into having a vision and mission in life. Additionally, “Principle-Centeredness” emphasized that everything can be managed without sacrificing one’s priorities. Learning to “Put first things first” and understanding the importance of an “emotional bank account” were both immensely helpful as well.

Well conducted session by Ravi Sir and Vaishali ma’am.

Experience of life class

I have heard a lot about the life class, and it was truly an enriching experience. I am immensely grateful to Utsav Sir and Wilmot Sir for providing us with such a precious opportunity.
Over the past two days, I had the incredible chance to immerse myself in a life class centered around the renowned “Seven Habits.” Guided by these principles, I underwent a profound transformation that I couldn’t have anticipated. The first habit, “Be Proactive,” set the stage for the entire experience. I realized that I held more power over my life than I had previously acknowledged.”Begin with the end in mind” served as my compass, reminding me to set clear intentions for each day and long-term aspirations for my life. This clarity brought a newfound sense of purpose and motivation. Moreover, “Put first things first” helped me prioritize tasks that aligned with my goals, reducing distractions and allowing me to focus on what truly mattered.
Key moments for me during the life class on days 1-2 include Utsav Sir’s compelling drama about father, Wilmot Sir’s captivating story-sharing, and the unexpected emergency singing session.
The life class provided an environment where we could learn and grow, surrounded by supportive mentors and engaging activities. It was a journey of self-discovery and personal development that I will cherish forever. These invaluable lessons and experiences will undoubtedly influence the way I approach life and make decisions in the future

Reflecting on 7 Habits & Love Day 1 and 2 (Delta)

I enjoyed it a lot and learned how important those things are, which were of the least concern for us. It was fun learning, the facilitators made it more engaging and involving, they said us their personal life experiences which built trust and we made a good connection with them. It felt like in the race of our lives we took a pause and shared moments of happiness and sorrow with each other. The group was also very participative where everyone was giving their input. I am looking forward to more such ‘Life classes’. Thanks to Utsav sir and Wilmot sir for making it so special.

Seven Habits and Love -Gamma Session 1& 2 2023-24

To begin with, I had heard alot about LIFE CLASSES during my training period about how these classes have changed their perspective or way of thinking . Which always made me wonder how this can actually be possible ? How can only sharing change your thought process ? ……But YES, I can say that now, it actually happened.

In this class, I learned that proactive language can make positive changes in your behavior and  it actually makes you feel powerful by taking charge of your life.

Another important thing that I learned is a Paradigm shift. It occurs when you change your perspective about something to understand other persons’ situations.

I have read about 7 habits but I learnt implementation during life classes : TO BE PROACTIVE, TO BEGIN WITH END IN MIND, TO PUT FIRST THING FIRST. And also how these habits can bring positive changes in your personal as well as professional life.
