# The water can stop flowing in the river and the mountains can be moved but stopping your mind from thinking is IMPOSSIBLE.

# Some things are not in your hands and letting go is the best option.

# Dont blame your self and other because people are different and they will act differently.

# Opposite values are complementry to life, you gain more knwoledge which leads you to become a better person.

Look how far I’ve come!!

My “Happiness Program” experience –

Life is full of small events and most of the time we get stuck into it, giving it full importance and value. Enjoy all such events – witness them. If you get stuck on it, then you will never enjoy & also you will “miss out the learning of the event in your life”.

Forgiving is the best option in any fight. If you can’t forgive, then it will only trouble you more.

Confidence is something which you already have – you just have fear of what people will think about you. If you can overcome this you will become confident enough to enjoy 100% in front of millions.

We are mostly driven by emotions and feelings in our life & thus laziness, arrogance, doer-ship, irritation & all negative feelings came in. Yoga, meditation & Sudarshan Kriya helps you to overcome your emotions and feelings.

The purpose of our life is something which we need to find out.

Unshakable smile, confidence & clarity of mind is what I got!

Diving deep in the Happiness ocean

We humans always crave for love and when we come to know that there are six distortions of love, no doubt we will convince our mind to be careful. I learned about the six distortion of love and believe me understanding them deeply gave me the insight to many of our actions and intentions. “Sudarshan Kriya” and “Padmasadhna” are the techniques which help me balance our emotions. We were introduced to the most ancient and famous scriptures of India “yog vashishth”.

Learning about desires which is there in all of us and how if fulfilled makes you unhappy and even if not fulfilled makes you unhappy. Even if its fulfilled or unfulfilled it brings misery.

we don`t look for contentment where it comes from we look where it is not there. We have knowledge about lot of this but we miss out putting it into action, and it`s not so easy. Lastly want to add one thing that spiritual and physical growth plays a important role to keep you happy. Stay happy stay blessed!!!!!!

Happiness

As the name so is the feeling. Sudarshan kriya has helped me to relax and calm the emotions. While doing Sudarshan kriya and Padma sadhana I feel rejuvenated. It relaxes me from the stress of everyday life. I now live the life as it unfolds in front of me. It has not changed the circumstances but the way I look towards it. I have found that it is the right combination of yoga and spirituality, which I was looking for. It has given me the strength to find creative solutions.

हैपीनेस का सफर

हैपीनेस का सफर आगे बढ़ा और नए अनुभव मिलने लगे,

ज़िंदगी को कैसे जियें, वो मकसद दिखने लगे |

गुरु की वाणी ने हमें खुद से प्यार करना सिखाया,

स्वयं के साथ बैठ कर, स्वयं की पहचान करना सिखाया,
गर खुद से प्यार नहीं करोगे, तो क्या कोई और तुमको दे पायेगा,
और कोई तुम्हारे लिए क्या करेगा, जो तू अपनी आंतरिक ख़ुशी के लिए कर पायेगा |

दूसरों के नज़रिये से खुद को मत जानो तुम,

अपने सद्गुणों को परखो और निडरता से आगे बढ़ जाओ तुम |

रख गुरु पर भरोसा और कर्म करते जा,

सफलता तुमको मिलेगी, कठिनाइयों से तू लड़ते जा |

सकारात्मक मेरे विचार हुए, सुदर्शन क्रिया करने से,

नयी ऊर्जा मुझमें प्रवाहित हुयी, ॐ का उच्चारण करने से |

इस बात ने मुझे सोचने पर मजबूर किया……………..,

कि क्रोध उस पर करते हैं , जिससे सबसे अधिक प्यार करने का दम हम भरते हैं,

अपेक्षाएं भी उस पर लादी जाती हैं, जिसकी परवाह हम अधिक करते हैं |

अगर इन त्रुटियों से रहना है दूर, तो नित्य तुम ध्यान करो,

रिश्तों का सही अर्थ समझो, अपने जीवन को साकार करो |

On the way towards Happiness

Day-5 and 6

The very first thought of school reopening made me feel low,a day before the day at school was not so hectic and yet  I was feeling low, but let me tell you where there is a will there is a way. Happiness class has always helped me overcome such obstacles. I transformed into a super energetic person after experiencing “Padmasadhna” and “Sudarshan kriya”. It was surprising for me and my family to see me so energetic, where else  I was feeling low and was having fever a day before. Evening I went for a walk and 2 km was so easy for me even after the long day chores. The knowledge points gained in the session was also somewhere helping me to overcome my stress. I watched few videos of guruji where he spoke about the significance of turmeric and alkaline water.

I hope  this new learning will help me in future as well but only if I practice it religiously.

Reflection of Happiness

‘हैपीनेस’ जैसा नाम वैसा परिणाम,

जी लो, जैसा है जीना, कर लो मन जो चाहे करना,

तुम्हारी ख़ुशी किसी के लिए मत छोड़ना,

क्योंकि लोगों ने तो कुछ भी है कहना |

बहुत सोच लिया दूसरों के लिए,

अब तो खुद के लिए सोचो ,

बहुत जी लिया दूसरों के लिए,अब तो अपने लिए जी लो

बहुत मिल लिया लोगों से , अब तो स्वयं से मिल लो
स्वयं को जाने बिना क्या दूसरों को जान पाओगे ?

और क्या कोई तुमको ख़ुशी दे पायेगा ?

ख़ुशी ढूंढ़ते फिरते हो ,

कभी यहाँ , कभी वहाँ,

कभी मोबाइल में और कभी महंगी गाड़ी में |

पर ये जो खुद बेजान हैं, हमें क्या ख़ुशी दे पाएंगी !!!!

श्वासों की प्रक्रिया ही हमें हमारी ख़ुशी से मेल करवाएगी,

लेकिन यह सब नहीं इतना आसान,

करना होगा खुद से वादा,

खुद के रोके से भी न रुकेंगे |

कुछ यो पीड़ा सहनी होगी ,

तभी तो ख़ुशी की हमारे जीवन में कोई कीमत होगी |

Nahi pata tha kya hai mere maan mai
2 din ki kahani kuch lafzo mai bata nahi sakti
Kya kare tan maan mai beh rakhi hai aisi shakti
Naam sunne se hi khushi mil jati hai
Happiness karne se woh samaj bhi aa jati hai
Na roko khud ko, na socho dusro ka
Abhi toh hum sharir se nikle hai
Tai karna hai safar aur dur tak ka
Dukhi bhi honge mayus bhi
Par na bhulna thoda bhi kya kiya tha tai
Maan toh maan hai chanchal sa
Na rehna chahta kabu mai
Par hum bhi dikha denge usko
Hum mai kitna hai dum
Nahi kar payega maanmaani apni
Kar lo chahe jitne sitam
Khush rehna hai mujhe
Faisla meine liya hai
Par aise nahi hoga
Jo bola woh karna hai
Chamak uthega chehra mera
Khud ko shant karke
Maan bhi bol uthega
Ha dum hai bhai tujh mai.
