Critical Thinking Reflection

Through the sessions I have understood that we mostly use System 1 whenever we are taking any decision. But now I have started focusing on System 2 which is rational, does not come naturally and requires conscious effort. I understood that System 1 thinking works when there is no logical thinking but System 2 thinking requires analyzing.
