Book club – Happiness project.
One who lives in peace would live in peace and happiness with the community & the world. Hence, it is very very important to find peace and happiness. There is nothing wrong in taking care of self and only if you yourself will be healthy and happy, you will be able to take care of near and dear ones.
It was a wonderful experience going through the book Happiness project and discussing as well as sharing the content with the book club members. Also, we had a very amazing group who did not hesitate in sharing their view points and experiences in relation to the book content. Due to the sharing and discussion, we were able to do the reality check and do the self analysis. I found that I find happiness in even small things and that really matter. One of the takeaways was friendship and good friendship can definitely lead to happiness.
” All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy”. This proverb needs to be taken seriously as leisure is also equally important for a peaceful and happy mind. There is nothing wrong in finding more fun, sometimes being silly and even slightly go off the path.
As I would like to get more into reading and gain the benefits of reading, would like to take it as a happiness project along with fitness activities (continue with Cricket & badminton, walking, gym & cycling occasionally).
Regards…..
True that! I completely agree with the fact that happiness can be found in small things.
Definitely. sharing has helped us all reflect on our life. And as you said, it’s all because of the knowledge we gain from reading. Happy to know that you have started enjoying reading. Keep reading. Keep growing. All the best.
Anish, Thank You for sharing your experiences and also being a good companion in life classes. I wish to see you playing cricket someday! I wish you good luck in all your Happiness Project Endeavours!
