Vibrant smiles, twinkling eyes, sweet personalities but little do we realise carry untold stories…

“But we already know each other, we just have to introduce ourselves to you both.” were the words screamed by the participants of Integrity Theta to Sanjana ma’am and Aayman ma’am. To our surprise we could not have been further from the truth. We learned more about our peers and ourselves in these past two days then we did in the past two years.

Our fears gags us to a degree where we become paralysed.

Well, it’s just the beginning…

The only way to conquer your demon is, you must do the thing you think you cannot do.

I am glad that my Facilitators were Jyoti and Vagisha and they did their part par excellence and they will be truly missed…

My Mission Statement: I am developing patience and reducing my impulsiveness and not dwelling in past nor anxious about future and developing a stronger faith in Almighty.

Integrity

Before attending Love class i had some peradimes that Love classes are very boring, its going to be very heavy etc. But it was not at all like that. It went very smoothly. My perception for love  got changed after attending these sessions. Learnt how to balance all the relationships whether it is with your partner or with friends or parents or anyone. There were many things about which i was aware but never thought in depth. I got solution for my many doubts at the end of this beautiful journey of love class. I will try to implement my learning in both professional and personal life.

I loved the experience I had, the exposure I was given by my facilitators. It was great to be a part of this journey. The thing that I learnt & would like to implement in my life is “Love is Forgiveness” We forgive the people we love no matter how hard it is. Thank you so much for everything for facilitating us.
