What an end… life class has always taught me a lot of things and helped me deal with my life in a better way but I can say this one was a life-changing one. Facing our own fears, the ones we have buried deep in our hearts not only brings the truth to the face but also gives you a helping hand to tackle those fears. The trip to the old age home made me more grateful for my family and comforts. I was able to share a very intimate issue I was dealing with, but the support of my team members and facilitators helped me get clarity and pave my way ahead. Even though I may not remember the technical terms but the learning which has touched my heart will forever be with me. And I will always say this to myself no matter what ‘I can handle it ‘.
