Integrity Day 7

These 2 days the session was all about RAP sheet discussion. We heard a few more concerns and strategies to overcome those from fellow members. It is always good to hear the concerns of others as that makes you feel that you are not the only one. Few people handle their personal issues really well. We watched the movie ‘Once Again’ and dug deeper into legitimate and illegitimate pain. Discussion between and after the movie helped us to make the connection with the real-life scenarios. Interrogation led to introspection.

This platform helps us to learn from others. Empathising with others and being a patient listener are my takeaways from these 2 days.
