Solution lies within oneself

It was great to give all ears to others today in this session where I could acquire so much about problems and pain all together. And the truth of life that no one has the solutions of our problems and pain but the solution lies within oneself. Adding on to it, the movie was quite inline and worked as a provocation to our session.
