Expedition from ‘Pain to Power’
“Words have a magical power. They can bring either the greatest happiness or deepest despair; they can transfer knowledge from teacher to student; words enable the orator to sway his audience and dictate its decisions. Words are capable of arousing the strongest emotions and prompting all men’s actions.”

Words have immense power and whatever words we utter are by default they are registered in our subconscious mind. So, come what may, we should always try to be mindful of the words we use with ourselves or with others. We want to empower ourselves by taking risks and coming out of our comfort zone which will lead us to the path of power. Today’s session also reminded me of the ritual which I have started in my class i.e. ‘Positive affirmations as the starter of the class’ and definitely, I could witness an optimistic change in my students due to it. The best part was reframing our mission statement by using present tense instead of future tense which will work as a catalyst to accomplish it. Overall, it was an enriching session that helped us to delve into our strengths and weaknesses and inspiring us to become a better version of ourselves.
