Integrity life class Theta

I was not able to attend the session on 18th September but attending today I got to learn how to face and overcome fear instead of running away from it, life is uncertain running away from the problem is not going to solve the problem but how an individual has to remain strong and overcome the problems that is what I got to learn today.
