Journey of the most wonderful year of life class – ‘ Integrity’

The journey of 8 days with the wonderful teammates and the facilitators made me believe in myself more. Being in the same group for the last three years gave the comfort zone,  we laughed and cried together, shared things with each other without the fear of being judged. Each individual is there to listen to you and guide you wholeheartedly.

‘Hot seat’ was a wonderful experience where we got a chance to listen to and help our friends and colleagues with their problems. Where you feel connected to each one of them and try to learn and gather something from them.

One of the most beautiful parts of the life class was the visit to the school of special kids. We always crib about our life and our problems, little things used to disappoint me so much, spending time with the special kids made me realize the value of life, value of health, and how blessed we are of having everything we wish to have.

Life is beautiful the way it is. Stay true to yourself, give your best, rest everything will be fine.

I am really thankful to my facilitators for listening to me and letting us do all the mischiefs.

I am going to miss Life class and wish to be in the same group for the rest of the years 🙂
