Integrity

Attending Integrity classes gave me an eye opener that everybody or none is spared with different  fears.

I would always ponder whether how people handle it or do they run away from it else ignore it

But after hearing the  sharing of different participants  it has helped me understand and give the courage “I can face any ups and downs in life”. I have understood life is a roller coaster ride with several ups and downs and we need to learn to face it.
