I would definitely start with some assertion that it indeed was a life class. Having no idea what and how it was going to be, we all went to school with some excitement and wonder. Only a few faces was I familiar with and ended up being a good friend of most of them.

Reading ‘Seven habits of highly proactive people’ was a part of our training module but, as we know, at FS we believe in practical and experiential learning. This life class on seven habits, which was facilitated by Roma ma’am and Bhagyashree ma’am, provided us the actual experiential learning of the book. A huge thanks to them.

Gamma group was an amalgamation of variety of people, all belonging to different places, background and history. All of us made the air of the room convivial and shared our life experiences and views on certain things without having the fear of being judged. This life class made us realize some of the important things in our life such as some habits, what exactly learning means and how and when paradigm shift happens.

It was not only about learning from the facilitators and the presentation but also about leaning and getting motivated from the life experiences of other group members. As humans we all are surviving on this planet by facing the problems and knocking down obstacles bravely. Its intensity may differ from person to person but, through this life class I could made myself realize that in one way or the other we all are on the same page.

It indeed was a great learning experience and I am looking forward to learn more in the upcoming sessions.

7 Habits – Reflection

I had a wonderful experience with life class on 7 Habits.

I would also like to thank Roma ma’am and Bhagyasgree ma’am for being amazing facilitators. 

I learned how and when to prioritize ourselves and our work. Also how to achieve mental and emotional balance despite this hectic life. Few life skills that we should learn are to be a good listener and understand first to be understood.

Life in a workshop? 

Yes, Life classes added life to the learnings that helped us see through a new frame of mind. We were able to build over our preconceived knowledge like; often, we tend to be driven by the circumstances, we obliterate good vibes and signs, we consign to oblivion. However, plunging optimism and patience at that very moment is the proficiency that we need to work upon. 

Second and one of the important factors for me was “realisation”. Realisation if struck at the correct time, it’s a Jackpot! Discerning that humans on earth go through different nature of problems in different phases of life and comprehending that there is always an upside of irrationality, we understood that life without problems could be monotonous. So, let’s live it right!

The limelight for me was “Paradigm shift”. Consciously, we could trace some paradigms that we do believe in. Surprisingly, we had a perspective built since childhood, cultural background and with our experiences. We do follow some unknowingly whereas, we wish to change some attentively. Most importantly, it is possible to can make an attempt, to understand, to seize the particular moment and make some changes according to the current time, place and surroundings.     

 

Final Reflection of Life Class- 7 habits Alpha

The first thing that comes to my mind is GRATITUDE, be it for my facilitators or my co-attendees. We have started a beautiful journey together where we got to know each other in a very safe space.

Dhwanisha Ma’am and Palak Ma’am always have smiling faces and kind eyes which exhibit empathy towards everyone and makes us feel good about ourselves.

The best moment for me during this class was session 8 where we all got to share space rather than the virtual space.

Dhwanisha ma’am and Palak Ma’am have created very insightful lessons for us to make this unusual time and class very entertaining and exciting for us.

I am learning not to procrastinate and be proactive.

Life class- Alpha – 7 Habits of life

I am thankful to Dhwanisha Ma’am and Palak Ma’am as they Explain the importance of Life Class :
It is about 7 Habits of life and i learned and implemented slowly and gradually in my life since first session like : How to lead our life, how I Prioritizing the responsibilities, Spending time for myself is equally important for the purpose of betterment, team building and work, Clarifying expectations and Win -win and win lose concepts to build good relationship among the team and other members.
I would like to thanks both the facilitators for smooth conduction of all the sessions with good management.

7 habits class- Alpha

The 7 habits classes journey was amazing although it was an online one. The habits directly or indirectly have impacted me in some ways. The things that I learned will definitely prove helpful to me in my professional and personal life. After the 7 habits classes, I came to understand that these things were affecting me but since I was not aware of it previously, I used to face difficulty in my life.

The facilitators were amazing and shared their insights too. They patiently listened to each one of us and empathized with us. The life classes have impacted my personal life and professional life too in terms of that I seek first to understand and then to be understood and also try to think win-win. The AHA moments for me was to present my understanding of the habits in the last life class as well.

The life classes have been an eye-opener and I have been benefitted from a few of the habits in my personal and professional life too. Thank you facilitators and thank you FS!

Life Class Reflection

Although we had a task of reading 7 habits book during our training, being a part of Life Class has actually helped me to be thorough with those 7 habits and understand their significance in our life.

A person who can implement these habits in his daily life will for sure be an highly effective individual, who is not stressed in any situation coming ahead and is also well balanced. The 7 habits stated by Covey where such that they cover all the aspects of an individual’s life thus helping him to balance and pay attention on all the areas. The 7 habits are as below:

  1. Being Proactive
  2. Begin with end in mind
  3. Synergize
  4. Think Win Win
  5. Seek first to understand then to be understood
  6. Put first things first
  7. Sharpen the saw.

The facilitators have really helped us understand these habits well.

7 Habits- Alpha

The life classes were altogether a different experience which we had. It was like a professional family which we had. Everyone shared their thoughts and ideas openly and enjoyed the process. It has helped me grow and have better understanding about different situations also I have turned more sympathic towards everything. Also I feel more grateful after every life class I attend. Looking forward to more sessions like these in next year
