Expedition from ‘Pain to Power’

“Words have a magical power. They can bring either the greatest happiness or deepest despair; they can transfer knowledge from teacher to student; words enable the orator to sway his audience and dictate its decisions. Words are capable of arousing the strongest emotions and prompting all men’s actions.”

― Sigmund Freud

Words have immense power and whatever words we utter are by default they are registered in our subconscious mind. So, come what may, we should always try to be mindful of the words we use with ourselves or with others. We want to empower ourselves by taking risks and coming out of our comfort zone which will lead us to the path of power. Today’s session also reminded me of the ritual which I have started in my class i.e. ‘Positive affirmations as the starter of the class’ and definitely, I could witness an optimistic change in my students due to it. The best part was reframing our mission statement by using present tense instead of future tense which will work as a catalyst to accomplish it. Overall, it was an enriching session that helped us to delve into our strengths and weaknesses and inspiring us to become a better version of ourselves.

The best learning in the integrity session was about using positive affirmations to make impossible into possible. Also to overcome our fears and change problems into opportunity.

Pain to power

I got to learn by attending today’s class is how I can use the correct vocabulary like life is not a struggle but it is an adventure and how not to whine in any given situation but try to convert a problem into an opportunity, watching the movie also made me realized that how to make a better society for women and how ethics and values should be inculcated by the parents to their children.

Pain convert in to power

Today’s Integrity class was engaging and quite useful. I learned how pain converts into power when we start taking responsibility for our actions. I learned how positive statement impact on our mind and on our life. Now onwards I will speak that I could rather than I should. I will learn from my journey rather than making it terrible. A mission statement is something that shows a mirror to me where I am standing and where I will be.

Integrity Theta – Life Class

It was a great experience learning a lot from my colleagues about their fears and ways to handle it. My today’s take away from the LC is taking life from pain to power. It requires a lot of will and determination to take our difficult situations from pain to power. In order to implement the learning I also stated the same in my Mission Statement. I am all set to take my life from should to could, problem to opportunity and fear to I can handle it.

Positive affirmations help transform a life

I have extended my learning thoroughly. Words definitely matter and transform one’s life. It has helped me understand the pain to power path. The way we use the positive affirmations, they help us lay a powerful impact on our life. I have now learnt how to control my conscious as well as subconscious mind with strong and poweful words. Words like I can and I have truly are the most spectacular words…which can definitely create magic if they are given stress. I have also got an opportunity to understand the learnings by re learning and putting them into practice.
