We the Normal People

We have shared many experience and shed many tears together. The journey has come to an end but have created a lifelong bond, understanding and respect for each other. Facilitators made sure to keep the classes lively and engaging. Cant say that the last day was the best, each day was crucial for our growth as better being.

Thanks everyone for this opportunity to know you all and share the happiness and sorrows.

Final Reflection-Integrity

The first thing that comes to my mind is GRATITUDE, be it for my facilitators or my co-attendees. We have started a beautiful journey together where we got to know each other in a very safe space. It was an amazing journey in Integrity classes. I have learned a lot through the process. I got to interact with other members of the group. It has helped me grow and have a better understanding of different situations. The movies or videos which we did in Integrity class were quite interesting. Overall, I enjoyed attending Integrity classes. Thanks to the facilitators and all the members.

And we concluded…………!

Mixed feelings for the end of Integrity life class – ETA.

These used to be the sessions where I shared, gained new insights and discussed my own issues as well as of others. And this all ended virtually.

Both the facilitators made it a point to make everyone participate and share their fears, pain, ways to fight them out and so on. The last day was unusual with few surprise elements. To conclude the day, we all reworked our mission statements. The follow-up discussions led to introspection rather than just penning it down. I am glad to be part of FS and eventually of life class:). To sum up, my learning and takeaways – here is an apt image …….!

Integrity – to the end! [By CD]

The integrity class has hereby come to an end. It was an exciting and uber cool jounery. I loved all the movies that we watched and all the discussions and sharing that we had. Today was also one such amazing day that concluded the Integrity class on a meaningful note. The mission statements are going to stay with us for a very long time.

The  integrity class has empowered me to accept, face and fight my fears, which is also one aspect of my personal mission statement. It has made it possible for me to set up ‘A necessary meeting’ with my unsaid, unexplained and unaccepted fears.  This entire journey was a long meeting full of negotiations between me and my fears, and by the end of the year, i might say that I am on the winning end of it ALMOST!

But setting up this meeting was what Integrity class did for me.

Thank you FS, UC, PE! 🙂

Life class reflection

Life class has been very effective. There are some elements which we can use in our both lives. 7 habits have the ability to bring one person from dependent to independent and from indepndent to the interdependent. After attending the life classes, i am dedicatively working on the seventh habit and which helps me to enhance my other habits. Similarly i could have changed my perceptions.

Our group of life class has been very encouraging and enthusiastic. During the class,we have cried together, we have danced together,we have laughed together and we have meditated together. This are the great moments for me that I will never foeget in my life. This class has given us many learnings.

Thank you so much dhwanisha ma’am and palak ma’am for facilatating us.

7 Habits – Alpha: Final Reflection

I am thankful to Steven Covey and FS facilitators – Dhwanisha ma’am and Palak ma’am who were the facilitatiors of 7 Habits Alpha group as they showed us the way of living the live happily and successfully. With them I learned and understood all the concepts of 7 habits in detail.

I have seen the life classes taken physically last year and was waiting for my chance to enjoy the same this year and thank to all the facilitators of 7 habits to make it possible even in the current situations.

I would like to thank the facilitators for making sure the sessions are lively and all participates even while using an online platform.

The whole journey was very much interesting and insightful and as i mentioned earlier, it helped me in living a better life.

Once again, thank you very much Dhwanish ma’am and Palak ma’am.

7 Habits Beta

Life Class a game-changer for me, if you are looking for self-improvement, psychology, and self-help, It’s is best One. The 7 Habits Beta Class has empowered me in all aspects of my work, and the habits taught have nurtured me to be a great leader and a professional at work. The habit of ‘begin with the end in mind is now the mantra for me like time management, planning, and implementation. It has helped me to understand that I must start with a vision of what has to be achieved, and then work back through the steps that would deliver the desired result most effectively. In the same way, ‘think win-win’ is really an accurate description of how to run a Class successfully. The key takeaway of this 7 habits book is to stop focusing on the external manifestation and changes, and rather focus on your internal core, strengths, and motives.

Learning from Sharings

All participants shared their personal experience based on the situations they faced in lives. Majority of us think “I am only one who is suffering from pain” but after listening and discussion we learn how to overcome it our pain. These 7th and 8th session, motivated me to take first step how to make decision with right understanding, positive approach and instead of blaming others taking full responsibility of it.

Maktub – It is written

The last two days of integrity classes were full of long and deep sharing coming from all participants. The format from life class to love class to integrity class keeps getting more engaging and somewhat serious too in terms of critical thinking. Sharing problems and discussing possible roadmaps is helpful to a lot of people. The primary insight I received is that everybody is having some or other problems. People who seem very calm on the surface can have disturbing problems creating a storm of thoughts.

The movie chosen by the facilitators was very much appropriate for the topic being discussed. Overall we had a good amount of sharing happening both days.

Journey from Knowing THE Problem to Possible Solution

This life class session was me suggesting solutions to others, evaluating my situation, sharing my recent problems with life class fellowmates which allowed to me get more clarity about where the real problem resides.
A big thanks to my well-wishers for suggesting possible solutions or ways I can deal with my Fears !
This actually gave me a relief and now I am on my Right Track to Crack the FEAR
