Integrity Life Class Journey

To start with …this life class journey has toppled my life upside down. The qualitative paradigm shifts has changed my life. The roller coaster ride has helped me introspect myself and helped me understand that problems are inevitable, we cannot avoid them. But we can empower ourselves with the mantra, “I can handle it”. Life class buddy sharings made me realize that everyone has the power to overcome hurdles. We just have to have a right lense to see it and then resolve rather then just plunging into solutions without critically and creatively thinking about the same. I am oblidged to be a part of this productive journey. In addition to this, I have also learnt to handle my emotional intelligence in a mature and considerate way. A big thank you to my facilitators who have inspired me and motivated me in true sense.

Integrity

The life class of integrity is coming to an end, and I got to learn many things from the facilitators as well as the participants, about how to overcome the fear instead of running away from it, the sharing was very profound by all the participants and the facilitators so I feel it was an amazing team effort.

Today by doing one activity I got to read the quote from warren buffet, ” In looking people for hire look for three qualities: Integrity, Intelligence and Energy and if they don’t have the first the other two will kill you.”

Worth It!

Summarizing my journey of Integrity Life Class.

We all started with our own problems, trying to figure out how do we solve them? Integrity’s journey was the answer to it.

The first step is to figure out what is the actual problem, the one we think is even an actual problem or is it all superficial, facing your fears, shifting your paradigms, embracing it gracefully, accepting the truth, sharing with others, listening to others with empathy. These all were small seeds that we developed together throughout.

From I can Handle it to I know I will handle it! The journey helped me grew. It gave me the confidence to fearless and be who I am. Be the glorious mess and stumble fearlessly to grow and live.

Thank you for this Amazing Experience!

Integrity

In the Integrity class
I learned the lesson of being trustworthy not only with others but firstly with yourself. With this we learned to convey true kindness, showing reliability, showing respect to everyone, Choosing honesty in all things, giving others the benefit of doubt, pain into power etc…. These all things are helpful to be an individual’s growth

Final Reflection of Integrity Life class

Life class had been very effective. Specially Perci sir and urvashi ma’am have been sharing their personal example which gives more inside of it. I have clear my perception related to the topic.
These 9 days of life has been great, we laugh together, we played the game’s and we got to know each other emotion.
This Integrity session helps me to be a good listener and help me to speak out the problems which give me a solution.
I once again thank my facilitator who helps me to open up share my feelings with everyone.
Thank you!!!!!!

Integrity ETA Its a journey to be remembered

The journey of integrity class has come to an end and it has taught me many lessons of life. I am definitely going to imply many of it in my life journey. Thanks to both the facilitator and also all the participants for sharing their journey of life.
I am stronger because of hard times, wiser because of my mistakes and happier because of my sad experiences.

Components of Integrity

The Integrity sessions have surely imbibed 7 aspects of integrity namely, honesty, respect, responsibility, generating trust, pride, in ourselves as well as keeping promises and helping others.
This has surely helped me to be better versions of myself.

Thanks to all my group members and facilitators for making it journey that I will cherish throughout the life.

To Integrity Eta

The journey of Integrity Eta comes to an end. How I wish we could’ve had at least one session in physical setup at school. Since the beginning of the integrity session this year, we’ve learned a lot. I specifically like the idea of identifying our fears on various levels. Often people aren’t able to understand their fear and assign the tag of fear to not so serious aspects in their lives. Integrity sessions have helped me to be a good listener. The one thing probably that I like about integrity sessions as compared to the last two years is that there is a lot of sharing happening on a deeper level. This is actually beneficial to both the speaker as well as listener. Today’s task of reframing the mission statement and planning as a facilitator was also helpful. At last, we all came together to listen to each other, understand each other and provide support as well as creative solutions to our problems.

The one thing that remains is a picture with this beautiful set of people of our integrity batch whenever possible. I also thank our facilitators for making our sessions interesting and engaging. Thank you.
