Second Life Class
This life class made me think about the biases and stereotypes we all carry. We talked about how these quick judgments shape the way we see people and the world.
We played a fun game called “2 Truths and 1 Darling.” My two truths were that money can solve many problems, and my darling was changing my headphone company for better sound quality.
This class reminded me to question my own beliefs and look beyond surface-level ideas. It was a strong reminder to stay open-minded and not let stereotypes guide my thinking.
The Life Class session conducted by FHS was a truly transformative experience. Over two days, Aman Sir and Arshi Ma’am guided us through the 7 Habits—being proactive, beginning with the end in mind, putting first things first, thinking win-win, and synergizing.
Each habit offered valuable insights into personal growth and effective collaboration. I learned that being proactive means taking responsibility for my actions and responses, rather than reacting to circumstances. Beginning with the end in mind helped me understand the importance of setting clear goals and staying focused on my purpose. Putting first things first taught me to prioritize tasks that align with my values and long-term vision. The habit of thinking win-win encouraged me to seek mutual benefit in relationships, fostering respect and cooperation. Synergizing showed me the power of teamwork and how diverse perspectives can lead to creative solutions.
I’m grateful to both facilitators for creating a supportive and engaging environment that inspired reflection and growth. This session has equipped me with practical tools to lead with intention, build stronger relationships, and make thoughtful choices in everyday life.
