All about EI

Emotional intelligence (EI) is the ability to perceive, interpret, demonstrate, control, and use emotions to communicate with and relate to others effectively and constructively.

EI is  – An ability to identify and describe what people are feeling.

– An awareness of personal strengths and limitations.

– Self-confidence and self-acceptance.: I am working on it as my self confidence is very low. So I can see much improvement in this after this session.

Emotional intelligence is essential for good interpersonal communication. Understanding emotions can be the key to better relationships, improved well-being, and stronger communication skills.

I have connected to this all concepts with my life. In some situations I must to use this EI concepts so that my life will be managed easily.
