Eat that frog – here ‘frog’ is your biggest, most important task.
To achieve high level of performance you need to set priorities of your tasks with the rating of ABCDE and most important A rating task needs to be done first in the morning.
Think about your goals and review them daily. Every morning when you begin, take action on the most important task you can accomplish to achieve your most important goal at the moment.
Think on paper.
You have to keep upgrading yourself with new skills in your work so that you strive to be better, faster and more effective in your profession.
Say no to anything that is not a high-value use of your time.
I too liked the ABCDE rating and I am definitely going to implement it. Saying No to low value tasks is the key.
Agreed with the reflections. If you live by this principle adaptations and survival will become relatively less daunting.
