It was good to see how we introspected ourselves during sessions of life classes. It was small paise from our regular routine where movies and few conversation helped us to see life with wider angle. Also in previous session first we went to Jungle gym & later we saw movie -‘My life’! Inspite of knowing major issues in life the movie showed how the central character identified the real triggers and showed amiability in his life. Also it was great how our HOS talked about few actions that need to be taken on correct time which can help us to achieve milestones with less hastle.

We watched a movie: My Life. The movie showed how one’s perspective to view life can help deal with difficult moments. We discussed legitimate and illegitimate pain in Vardan sir’s guest session, where we shared opinions on bifurcating different scenarios in the two categories. The conclusion we all came to was that no matter how one feels about the pain, the actions have to be taken after taking in some thought. We may all feel legitimate and illegitimate pain from time to time but we should always be careful about the decisions we take.

We started this class with revising of previous classes and than we share our learning and experience of life class with other class . and also we done some hot seat activity and listen other fear and compare to own fear. we watched de one wonderful movie (MY LIFE)and end of the day we attend amazing guest speaker session with vardan sir .

After watching the movie ( Knives out ) in life class( critical thinking ), there is no place to believe blindly in anything I can understand the importance of critical thinking which is helpful to take our decisions. When we take all the steps of critical thinking then the situation is more clear and maybe our opinion can be changed and you can understand others’ perspectives.

It made me realise how fortunate are we and how can we work on making world a better place instead of focusing on our problems.

I got a little hold of it today. I just got a way to deal with something I am going to encounter and it is round the corner. I think I will complete the RAP sheet as soon as possible as I could also think about I am getting the opportunity soon to deal and get my mission in place soon.

In today’s session, everyone shared what they have mentioned in their Rap Sheet. It was discussed in detail. It was an interactive session. We watched a movie, The blind side. Overall it was a good start after the vacation!

Ending the life classes with the movie, ‘The Blind Side’ was indeed really impactful. Understanding that courage is important, but for what, is more important to understand. We all definitely have fears, and through the RAP sheet, I feel, retrospecting would really help in figuring out the courage to face the fear and plan an optimistic action for it.

Fears and paradigms we all have and it brings both legitimate and illegitimate pain. Today we realised how to change our illegitimate pains and how to turn our life around with our professional and personal goals.

1. Life class chages the way what I think. It helps me to have positive attitude at every times. It helps me to plan things regarding school and out of school in better way. It also help how to live life and how to make balance between work and family, balance between family and friends, giving time to everyone , creating good bonds with other. I learn how one can become empathetic learner so that the relation ship becomes stronger. All the classes are related to each other.
