आज की लाइव क्लास से AI, वर्कफ़्लो और स्मार्ट सिस्टम के बारे में कई महत्वपूर्ण बातें सीखने को मिलीं। क्लास में हमने समझा कि AI सिर्फ एक साधारण टूल नहीं है, बल्कि हमारे दैनिक काम को आसान और अधिक व्यवस्थित बनाने का एक शक्तिशाली माध्यम है। केवल एक साधारण प्रॉम्प्ट prompt देने के बजाय, जब हम सही इनपुट, सटीक context और Human Review को मिलाकर एक Workflow बनाते हैं, तो काम की गति दोगुनी हो जाती है। इसके लिए CRAFT मॉडल का उपयोग करके काम को सही तरीके से डॉक्यूमेंट करना भी सीखा, जिससे दोहराव वाले और जटिल कामों को आसानी से ऑटोमेट किया जा सके। AI हमारे दोहराव वाले कामों का बोझ कम करके जनरेटर का काम कर सकता है, लेकिन अंतिम निर्णय, गुणवत्ता की जाँच और मानवीय समझ हमेशा हमारी अपनी होती है। सही सिस्टम और AI के इस बेहतरीन संयोजन को अपनाकर हम न केवल अपना दैनिक तनाव कम कर सकते हैं, बल्कि अपने काम को अधिक कुशल, टिकाऊ और दूसरों के साथ साझा करने योग्य बना सकते हैं।

The biggest takeaway was learning to step back and act like a curious investigator instead. By separating pure emotion from actual reality, questioning my first instincts, and digging deeper into what holds up under pressure, I’ve started making much clearer, grounded decisions. It completely changed how I weigh information before reaching a final verdict.

Learning to Think Beyond the Obvious

We often make decisions or form opinions based on what we already believe. But how often do we actually stop and question those beliefs? Our Critical Thinking Life Class gave us an opportunity to do exactly that.

During the session, we explored different real-life cases, debatable topics, beliefs, and statements. Instead of simply deciding whether something was right or wrong, we were encouraged to ask questions, look at different perspectives, and think about whether something was actually possible or impossible. This made the discussions interesting because there was rarely just one straightforward answer.

One of the most important things we learned was the difference between facts and truth. We understood that something being presented as true does not necessarily mean that it is supported by facts or evidence. To reach a well-informed conclusion, we need to research, gather evidence, and consider both sides of an argument rather than looking only for information that supports what we already believe.

The session also made us realise that critical thinking is not about proving that we are right; it is about being willing to question, analyse, and change our perspective when new evidence comes in.

Overall, the class was an engaging experience because we were not just learning about critical thinking—we were actually practising it. It encouraged us to be more curious, question assumptions, consider multiple perspectives, and make decisions based on evidence rather than simply accepting things at face value.

This is a skill that goes beyond the classroom. Whether we are reading something online, listening to someone’s opinion, or making an important decision, thinking critically can help us become more informed and responsible thinkers.

An Assistant, Not a Replacement

Got a new perspective on Artificial Intelligence.AI can make our work smarter and more efficient, while human thinking remains at the centre.

We learnt that the quality of AI’s response depends on the quality of our prompts. Through hands-on activities, we saw how changing a prompt can completely change the outcome. We also explored how prompts can lead to biased responses, reminding us to question, verify, and think critically rather than accepting AI-generated information at face value.

We were introduced to PACE prompts and explored how AI can “wear different hats” to provide different perspectives and support better decision-making.

We also explored Google AI Studio as a tool for creating workflows. Using CRAFT prompts and identified tasks, we experimented with building workflows and explored the ready-to-use templates available to make our work more efficient.

The highlight for me was asking AI to question me back. Instead of simply giving me answers, it helped me look at a problem from different angles, challenge my assumptions, and think more critically. It made me realise that AI is most powerful when it doesn’t just answer our questions, but helps us ask better ones ourselves.

Google Workspace Session

Today’s session was exciting and practical. We learned how to use Google Workspace to manage our daily emails, track important updates, organize tasks, set reminders, create sheets, and plan our work more effectively.

We created 3–4 different workflows to understand how daily tasks and emails can be managed in a simple and organized way. These workflows showed us how to save time, stay updated, and avoid missing important tasks.

The session helped us understand that Google Workspace is a practical way to create a structured workflow for our everyday work. With emails coming from different departments and covering a variety of subjects, having an organized workflow can help us manage emails, track important updates, prioritize tasks, and stay on top of our daily responsibilities.

Overall, it was a great learning experience, and we are excited to apply these ideas in our daily work.
