Day 2 life class

Day 2 of the Live Class began on a very energetic and joyful note with a fun warm-up activity that helped us feel refreshed, comfortable, and ready to begin the day. We then revisited and reflected on what we had learned during Day 1, connecting our previous learning with the experiences of the day.We moved on to a deeply reflective activity where we recalled a situation in which we had a problem or conflict with someone. We thought about how we had reacted, how we handled the situation, and what we could have done differently. This was followed by writing a heartfelt letter to that person, expressing our feelings, thoughts, and what we wished to communicate to them. This activity encouraged us to look within ourselves and understand the importance of expressing our emotions thoughtfully.Later, we explored Habit 2: Begin With the End in Mind from The 7 Habits of Happy Kids. Through different activities, we imagined ourselves having achieved our goals and reflected on the kind of person we would want others to remember us as. Sharing our thoughts with the group made the activity even more meaningful and helped us think about the values, relationships, and impact we want to create in our lives. The final activity was especially thought-provoking: we were asked to imagine that we had only 24 hours left and decide how we would spend that time. This made us reflect on what truly matters to us and whether our everyday priorities align with our values and vision.Overall, Day 2 was a day of self-reflection, emotional awareness, purpose, and meaningful connections. It helped us understand that beginning with the end in mind is not just about setting goals—it is about consciously choosing the kind of person we want to become and living our lives accordingly.
