Day 1 & 2 Acad Theme (Gamma)
The first two days of Life Class were a meaningful and reflective experience for me. On Day 1, the Emotional Timeline activity helped me look back at my journey and reflect on how different experiences have shaped me. Day 2 felt more personal and special, especially the childhood photo activity, which brought back beautiful memories and helped me reconnect with my childhood self. Watching The Intern movie, especially Ben’s kind, helpful and non-judgmental nature, also made me reflect on the importance of being supportive and caring towards others. Overall, both days helped me understand myself better and made the experience very memorable.
