Day 2 Learning Gemini and Building Smart Workflows with Google Tools
I started learning how to use Google Gemini and exploring how AI can be integrated into everyday work to improve productivity and efficiency.
One of the most useful areas I explored was working with Google Sheets. I learned how Gemini can help with data analysis, organizing information, generating formulas, and making routine spreadsheet tasks easier. I also explored how to connect different steps and create a workflow that can reduce repetitive manual work and improve the overall process.
Along with Gemini and Google Sheets, I also started learning Google AI Studio. This helped me understand how AI models can be explored and used to create practical solutions based on specific requirements.
My key learning has been that AI is not only a tool for generating information—it can also be used to automate processes, organize data, support decision-making, and create smarter workflows.
I am continuing to explore these tools and looking forward to applying what I learn to real-world operational requirements and improving efficiency through technology and AI.
