Acad Theme – Epsilon

Day 1 – The Mood Meter helped me understand that students can be in different emotional zones at different times. Recognising their emotions can help us look beyond their behaviour and respond with greater empathy and understanding.

Day 2 – The Intern reminded me of the power of being a calm, silent supporter—being there, understanding, motivating and encouraging someone without always needing to have the answers.
