My Life Class Reflection

Before attending the Life Class, I had heard about it from others and came to know that it was something fun and interesting. But when I actually attended the session, I understood what Life Class was really about.

On Day 1, we learned about work-life balance and how we should manage different aspects of our life. We also discussed how we look at other people and how other people may look at us. I understood that instead of focusing too much on others, we should focus on ourselves and find a better balance in our own life. We also played some interesting games, which made the session more enjoyable and helped us learn in a different way.

On Day 2, we reflected on the last 24 hours of our life and thought about what things would really be important to us if we had only 24 hours left. This activity made me think deeply about what actually matters in life.

When I looked at my list, I realized that not even one thing was about my work, deadlines, or dream job. Most of the things were about relationships, forgiveness, happiness, food, dancing, and spending time with people who matter to me.

This Life Class helped me understand that work and finances are important, but they are not everything. I want to give more importance to relationships, happiness, and enjoying the small moments of life, along with my work and financial responsibilities.

Overall, the Life Class was a meaningful experience for me. It gave me an opportunity to pause, reflect, and think about how I want to balance my life and what really matters to me.
