ACAD THEME- PAUSE AND REFLECT

The Life Class gave me a wonderful opportunity to pause, reflect, and look back at my journey at FS. Creating my career timeline and revisiting different highs and lows made me realise how much I have grown through the years.

The childhood activity brought back some early aspirations, while the conversations around well-being reminded me how much small gestures—greeting someone, checking in, or simply being mindful—can mean.

Watching The Intern was another highlight. It made me reflect on teamwork, relationships, and how understanding and supporting one another can create a positive environment.

Overall, the session was a gentle reminder to appreciate the journey, be kinder to myself and others, and be more intentional about how I show up each day.
