Acad theme_JD

The highlights for me were:

1. Career/personal timeline where we discussed ups and downs. More importantly, because of the introspection time of our journey.
2. Discussion on how everyday is not a good day but as we work there are unsaid expectations. Eg: greeting, asking how are you, etc
3. The movie(Intern) and reflection was great too. Real life connections to our team and life were possible. I learnt how people think around with different point of views with regards to team synergy and people management.
