A person of integrity lives their values, not just speaks them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We also spoke about <strong>fears<\/strong> and how they connect with integrity. Fear often holds us back from being our true selves, but the only way through it is to face it and step forward with courage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The thought that stayed with me was: <strong>\u201cChange is the only constant.\u201d<\/strong> Change is unpredictable, but by maintaining integrity, you can navigate it with confidence and authenticity.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In this session, we explored the meaning of integrity \u2014 being true to yourself and honoring your word.
