Emotional intelligence helps to to identify and describe what people are feeling and what they think.Able to understand other perspectives.<\/span><\/p>\n

If person is emotionally intelligent then they can accept mistake with less effort.<\/span><\/p>\n

Because of emotional intelligence class learn empathy towards other and learn sentences that used when we empathised some one.<\/span><\/p>\n

I learned one of the most thing that don\u2019t be judgemental<\/strong> for others because we never know about others situations.<\/span><\/p>\n

Self awareness helps to understand our own emotions and the impact of that emotions.<\/span><\/p>\n

EI helps to manage social and professional relationships and also helps to manage works.<\/span><\/p>\n

We can also able to find our triggers point and learn how it can be handled.<\/span><\/p>\n

Because of EI I find how to became an empathetic listener.<\/span><\/p>\n

Emotional intelligence is a skill that can be developed and improved over a long time through practice and perseverance.it\u2019s difficult to put in life easily.<\/span><\/p>\n

Lastly we go to orphanage and we learn things from there like how to empathetic towards people, the children are too good in dance or singing.we enjoy so many games there.<\/span><\/p>\n
