We should practice to<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 0.95em;\">\u00a0develops &#8211; Seein goodness, giving goodness, multiple goodness and strengthens the self confidence. We learned about how best team can be build and healthy relationships can be created. By listening others and allow people to speak freely is the main element. We leaned how to manage\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 0.95em;\">Stress whether it\u2019s good or bad.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 0.95em;\">Empathetic listening is required.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 0.95em;\">Think from both parties perspective and be neutral.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 0.95em;\">Know your own emotions is important, we have to be mindful with\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 0.95em;\">emailing. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 0.95em;\">Psychological safety at work place was the great thing to understand. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 0.95em;\">Emotional wellness is very important in which they suggest we should approach pleasant &amp; unpleasant emotions instead of positive and negative.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Regarding the title: 3A, by concluding I must say one should be aware about the emotions he\/she feeling, accept it and take appropriate actions for the betterment.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It was very fruitful learning in Emotional intelligence sessions.
