The question has been answered with this amazing workshop,”Emotional Intelligence”. These 8 days were an insightful and thought provoking one. The latter days focused on Empathy and Social Skills. I was able to understand the word ‘Empathy’ in a broader sense. There is a vast difference between the generic definition to the actual understanding of Empathy. I understood how empathy plays a major role in maintaining a healthy relationship at workplace and work towards the greater good for all. The best part was to visit the old age home to practice empathy and social skills where I understood how important it is to be empathetic and lead a hearing ear to the one in need doesn’t only benefit them but also us as it gives us a satisfaction which can’t be expressed in world. I felt really blessed to have such a life where I have people who wants me to be a part of their life. All and all, Emotional Intelligence Workshop did help me understand and manage my emotions in a better way.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
