This workshop has helped me to self-reflect on my emotional intelligence and also I have got to learn so many aspects wherein how to control and acknowledge my own emotions.<\/p>\n
I feel Emotional intelligence is considered important because it has been linked to success in various areas of life, including relationships, academics, and careers. It is also considered to be a key factor in overall life satisfaction and well-being. While some people may have a naturally high level of emotional intelligence, it is also a skill that can be developed and improved through intentional effort and practice.<\/p>\n
I also learned<\/p>\n
self-awareness: Recognizing and understanding one’s own emotions and how they influence thoughts and behavior.<\/p>\n
Self-regulation: The ability to control one’s own emotions, thoughts, and actions, especially in difficult situations.<\/p>\n
Motivation: Using emotions to drive positive actions and to achieve personal and professional goals.<\/p>\n
Empathy: Understanding and recognizing the emotions of others, and responding to them in an appropriate manner.<\/p>\n
