It was a learning\u00a0journey where we learned\u00a0the ability to understand other\u2019s emotions as well as our own we also learned how to implement it into our professional and personal lives, and it was definitely interesting to learn how to manage our own emotions in positive ways to relieve the stress in our lives at work place or other wise , to be able to communicate your emotional challenges to the right person in the \u00a0right manner effectively, the ability to empathise with others and why it is important to build that within ourselves.Overall it was a wonderful to get up close to deal with our own challenges and setbacks.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
