Introspection is the key to understanding one&#8217;s emotional needs. The group discussions and the discussion with Vardan sir were insightful. The visit to the old age home did shift my paradigm a bit. It also gave me a scope to understand multiple perspectives. Overall, it was a wonderful journey.
