After the session, I gave a rose to my parents saying how important they are to me and how much I love them for all that they have done for me. These little gestures of showing gratitude bring big changes in our lives.<\/li>\n<li>Another takeaway was prioritizing your task and learning to say NO. It&#8217;s important to be more selective so that you don&#8217;t waste your precious time. In return, one can improve\u00a0concentration, performance, and productivity. And most importantly, &#8220;Only when you say no, you can focus on what really matters. Furthermore, mastering the art of saying \u201cno\u201d gives you more control and lets you establish your own boundaries. If not, because you\u2019re a people pleaser or just afraid to upset others, you\u2019re giving up control to them.\u00a0So if you don&#8217;t respect your time, why should someone else do it?<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It\u2019s possible to disagree and both be right. Everybody views the world through their own unique paradigm.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Having a emotional bank account- its so important to be there for someone emotionally and uplifting them.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seek first to understand, then to be understood. This requires learning how to listen.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Be proactive. Between stimulus and response, we have the ability to choose.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Private victories precede public victories. Self-mastery and self-discipline are the foundation of good relationships with others.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Effective living requires balance between producing results and maintaining production capacity (the golden egg and the goose).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>And the eye opener was the activity on &#8220;Death&#8221;, we really run after things that really do not matter much in life, only when we sit back and think about the most important part of life we realise that who and what is the integral part of our life and this activity helped me understand people that matters the most to me what all can I do for them &#8211; no matter what I won&#8217;t ever take them for granted.<\/p>\n<p>Every class was very informative and helpful and will stay with me forever.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kimmy &amp; Siddhi<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It was an amazing experience,\u00a0 these 9 classes have helped me a lot in both perosnal and professional front.
