My Journey<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

A walk through \u201cLife classes\u201d,<\/span><\/p>\n

Ohh!! I remember the 7 habits.. \ud83d\ude42<\/span><\/p>\n

Learning the \u201cIndependence\u201d through first\u00a03,<\/span><\/p>\n

And \u201cInterdependence\u201d through rest 3<\/span><\/p>\n

Last but not the least was \u201cSharpen the saw\u201d,<\/span><\/p>\n

Which helps you to become ripe and polished from raw.<\/span><\/p>\n

It was all about being courageous to say \u201cNo\u201d,<\/span><\/p>\n

Just say it! without regrets and don\u2019t feel low.<\/span><\/p>\n

The sessions of \u201cLove\u201d were indeed helpful for me,<\/span><\/p>\n

Forgiving and asking for the same set me free.<\/span><\/p>\n

I learnt about \u201cLegitimate\u201d and “Illegitimate\u201d pain,<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cGratification\u201d a feeling of internal happiness, to gain.<\/span><\/p>\n

The stages of marriage and the definition of love,<\/span><\/p>\n

I learnt to be committed and pure in my relations like a dove.<\/span><\/p>\n

Integrity taught me \u201cBe truthful to yourself\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

Death Exercise- \u201cDeath is a best teacher\u201d by Stephen Covey.<\/p>\n

I have learnt from life classes- \u201cBelieve in yourself\u201d. As rightly said- When the world says \u2018give up\u2019, hope whispers \u2018try one more time\u2019. (Anonymous)<\/span><\/p>\n

Live in \u201cPresent\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

This was all about my journey as a learner which is still an ongoing process.<\/p>\n

As a co-facilitator I would like to sum up with one line that is \u201cThe best way to learn is to teach\u201d. The insights given by the enthusiastic participants of our group is helping me to learn as well as helping them to learn from the examples shared by the facilitator.<\/span><\/p>\n

I am grateful to Iyer Sir and Vardan sir for giving me this opportunity to co-facilitate the workshop. <\/span><\/p>\n

I am also thankful to Sheeba ma\u2019am, Parag bhai, Ankita ma\u2019am, Zahabiyah ma\u2019am and Iyer sir for being my mentors throughout my journey of life classes.<\/span><\/p>\n
