I always believe you should be true to yourself and be able to face yourself because at the end because you have to face yourself rather than others. In class, I have learnt the levels of FEAR. Fear comes and it is natural but the main thing is you accepting it and moving on. I really liked the short stories that we discussed and the quote that, &#8216;Fear will never go away as long as you continue to grow&#8217;. So, for that you have to experiences your fear which falls on level 1 and level 2.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;I can handle it&#8217; is the motto that you have to keep saying it to yourself to just keep moving in life.<\/p>\n<p>I am looking forward to learn more in our next sessions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Integrity means, doing the right thing when no one is watching.
