We as facilitators observed that all the participants willingly participate and understand the importance behind this classes.<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">We got amazing reflections from them where they shared that they have started applying habits in their day to day life especially put first thing first. They also\u00a0shared that they have started giving time to their family.
