No matter how big we are, we all have fears. I have fears of nearly everything such as heights, the dark, death of loved ones, being alone, deep water and all reptiles. I know I sound like a little child but that’s me. Fear is an unpleasant emotion caused by the belief that someone or something is dangerous, likely to cause pain, or a threat. When the word “fear” comes to my mind, I think of an emotion that’s caused by a bad situation. There are many things in this world that put fear in me. Fears make me very scared and give me goosebumps.<\/p>\n
The mindful mantra of ‘I can handle it’ learnt in Integrity classes has really helped me in overcoming or at least stay stronger during tough times.<\/p>\n
