Whenever I listen to the word “FEAR”, the thoughts that generally come in my mind are a dreadful feeling, a scary dream\/movie, a cold sweat, climbing off from a cliff, loosing closed ones and so on…\u2026\u2026<\/p>\n
Forget about conquering the fear, I used to generally avoid looking at my fears. Why not just avoid doing things which makes us remember our fears. Easier step, right?<\/p>\n
However after the two sessions of intergrity, I introspected and was able to find out my fears and also categorize them. Thanks to my amazing facilitators – Sanjana ma’am and Ayman ma’am :-).<\/p>\n
It was an eye opener for me as I didn’t know that I had many fears. There is a positive energy in me now to face my fears with the help of my facilitators so that they don’t stop me from doing anything.<\/p>\n
