I came to know about the elements of love:-<strong> Care, Responsibility, Respect, and knowledge<\/strong>. Love is not to depend on someone.Love is giving the space to each other to grow. That is called<strong> spiritual growth<\/strong>.I was very much inspired by the Scott Peck&#8217;s definition:-<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The will to extend one\u2019s self for the purpose of nurturing one\u2019s own or another\u2019s spiritual growth\u2014Scott Peck&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Apart from that, I learned that Love is an act of will, desire, and action<\/p>\n<p>Love is the risk of &#8211; <strong>confrontation, commitment, Independence.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the love class, I also came to know the key principles of marriage<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Spiritual friendship, commitment, equality, forgiveness, enjoying differences.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We discussed the<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Eight<\/strong> mental stages of Marriages<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Falling in love<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Honeymoon<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Period of Adjustment<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Something is Missing<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Crisis<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Forgiveness<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Norming and Performing<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Attainment\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In conclusion, I just want to say that true love requires our dedication and effort. <strong>&#8220;Love\u00a0class&#8221;<\/strong> is a great platform for me to understand the reality of love and through these inspired sessions, I have shifted so many paradigms of mine.
