It has helped to manage the critical professional-personal life balance. We are so busy with our daily tasks that we never take a minute to think about what we are doing is worth the energies we are putting in it or not.<\/p>\n<p>Learning the 7 Habits and also discussing about it in groups gives us the opportunity to share our ideas and learn better. The most important learning for me is &#8220;Seek first to understand and then be understood&#8221;. I found it always difficult to understand some people. But now I have realised that others can have different feelings, which I might not understand by I need to accept it first to come to a conclusion.
