When I was signed up for the 7 Habits\u2019 Life Class, I had no clue as to what was in store for me; all I remember is the exhilaration resembling that of a child\u2019s, on his first day to school!<\/span><\/p>\n

Saying that this class introduced me to \u2018new\u2019 habits to befriend wouldn\u2019t be the best way to put it, as we have all directly or indirectly been acquainted with most of these in some or the other form (or the lack of these!) experientially. So I\u2019d rather say that this allowed me to reflect on my own choices in life, by giving me space and time to introspect the difference between knowing and doing, for the challenge lies not merely in being aware, but in taking action (although that\u2019s still<\/em> a long way down the road!).<\/span><\/p>\n

I wouldn\u2019t deny the fact that this state of awareness allowed me to dig deeper into my own self, and crack my shell open just a tad bit, to sharpen my saw. In order to satiate the procrastinator in me, I had found a lot of important things piled up on my backseat. However, they\u2019re slowly starting to take over, and for good (yay!<\/em>). I wasn\u2019t surprised to realise that being proactive would be the most difficult habit for me to adopt, considering how I am the most extreme case of procrastinator I could possibly imagine. Hence, I\u2019m yet to find the motivation to kick myself out of bed and work on my physical well-being!<\/span><\/p>\n

Needless to say, the experience wouldn\u2019t have been the same without the support and guidance of our facilitators, Mitali ma\u2019am and Tasnim ma\u2019am who role-modeled the same at all times; after all, at FS we lead by example!
